tapi kini remaja menyadari
sudah 63 tahun Kau berdikari
masih pantaskah Kau dipanggil ibu??

sebab
jantungmu Jakarta sudah tak kuat lagi memompa darah
kakimu Aceh hampir diamputasi oleh gelombang tsunami
paru-paru mu Kalimantan sudah gundul di lahap habis para tuyul

haruskah tiba giliran nanti
kami ajarkan pada anak-anak kami
untuk memanggilmu
nenek pertiwi?
